1. General Return Policy
We do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences. All sales are final, except under the specific condition outlined below.

2. Exceptions: Wrong Product Delivered
We take utmost care in fulfilling every order. However, if you receive a wrong product (an item that is completely different from what you ordered), we will gladly accept a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return due to a wrong product:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.

You will be required to share unboxing video proof or clear photographs of the wrong item received along with the shipping label.
